Ingredients

  • Sole fillets
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon

Directions

Defrost the fillets. Place in a single layer in the buttered baking dish. Mix the butter, broth, mustard and tarragon Pour the butter, broth mustard and tarragon over the fish Bake at 350 degrees for 20- 25 minutes. Do not overcook. 3-4 servings
