Sprouted Wheat Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sprouted wheat
  • 1 cup almonds, walnuts, pecans
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

Put sprouts, almonds and onion through small blade of a meat grinder Add crumbs, salt, oil Stir in milk Make into balls Bake in oven on greased cookie sheet or fry in a frying pan until golden brown Serve with gravy Top with parsley
