Barbara's Seafood Chowder

Ingredients

  • 4 Strips Bacon
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Green Pepper (Or whatever color suits you best)
  • 1-2 Stalk(s) Celery
  • 1-2 Cans Chicken Broth
  • 1-2 Cut Carrots
  • 1 Can Chopped or Cut Tomato
  • 2 Medium Potatoes
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Chyenne pepper to liking
  • 1 can Crab
  • Some Frozen Little Shrimps

Directions

Brown bacon in pan. Remove bacon and sautee onions, peppers, and celery in bacon grease. Add chicken broth, vegetables, salt and pepper, and chyenne pepper. Simmer ingredients untill vegetables are cooked. Then add crab and shrimps. Simmer ingredients untill you feel it is ready. Note: Barbara doesn't really have set amounts, be creative and have fun.
