Dave's Spinach Mushroom Saute

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs frozen chopped spinach
  • .5 package sliced mushrooms
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • olive oil
  • red wine vinegar to taste
  • 1 tsp dried minced onion

Directions

Heat pan with some olive oil. Put the spinach and mushrooms in and cook for a while. Add remaining ingredients after they've cooked down a bit.

Season to taste with additional vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
