Michael's Thai Coconut Curry Hummus

Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 7 ounces coconut milk
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup dried coconut (sweetened or unsweetened
- 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper (or more to taste)
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon curry powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Devour with corn chips.
