Chocolate Chunk Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed-cream-filled vanilla cookies
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 8. oz. packages softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 3 ounces milk chocolate bar chopped
Directions
Combine the crumbs and the butter. Press onto bottom of 9" springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, sugar and extrace, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in candy; pour over crust. Baske at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool cake, then loosen cake from rim of pan.
