Corn-fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • chicken fryer, cut up
  • 11/2 cup Krustease Buttermilk Pancake mix
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal

Directions

In brown paper bag, combine the pancake mix, cornmeal, paprika Shake fryer pieces well. Place meaty pieces first in medium temperature heavy skillet with grease about 1/2" to 1" deep. Cover and cook 15 - 20" Remove cover, cook 20-25 minutes until done. Drain on paper towels.
