Gluten-free bean bread (small)

Ingredients

  • 8/9 cup warm water
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 TBL oil
  • 2/3 tsp cider vinegar
  • 1 TBL honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup dry milk
  • 1 cup brown rice flour
  • 2 TBL potato starch
  • 1/2 cup millet flour
  • 1/3 cup ground flax
  • 5/6 cup bean flour
  • 1 tsp xanthum gum
  • 1/3 cup apple sauce
  • 4 tsp yeast

Directions

cook on gluten-free cycle in bread machine
