Lemon Mix Loaf Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup safflower oil
  • 1 package Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme
  • 1 package MY-T-Fine Lemon instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 scant cup sugar

Directions

Beat 10 minutes at medium speed Grease or butter pan Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees Cool cake 10 minutes Poke cake thoroughly on the top with a fork quite far down so topping will soak down and saturate the cake. Topping: bring the three ingredients to a boil and boil for 1 minute. Pour over cake and let soak in. Keeps for weeks in refrigerator wrapped in foil. I don't know how it would ever keep at all.
