Macroburgers

Ingredients

  • 5 cups cooked, drained, seasoned soybeans
  • 1/2 cup tamari soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3 + cloves crushed garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
  • 3 cups steamed millet
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 grated carrot
  • 1 stalk celery chopped fine

Directions

iMx the spices together separately and mix into the whole shebang. Form into patties and fry in a little oil or butter. This makes a lot - it's the sort of thing you could freeze a hoard of for later.
