Macroburgers

Ingredients
- 5 cups cooked, drained, seasoned soybeans
- 1/2 cup tamari soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 + cloves crushed garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
- 3 cups steamed millet
- 1 1/2 cups toasted rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups finely chopped onions
- 1/2 grated carrot
- 1 stalk celery chopped fine
Directions
iMx the spices together separately and mix into the whole shebang. Form into patties and fry in a little oil or butter. This makes a lot - it's the sort of thing you could freeze a hoard of for later.
