Lauren's Fabulous Rhubarb Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • dash salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 2 pie crusts (a top and a bottom)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

Mix together the first 5 ingredients and then add the rhubarb. Turn into a prepared pie shell. Top with a lattice crust and dot with butter.
Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
