Becca Brackett's Cauliflower Bacon Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head shredded lettuce
- 1 head raw cauliflower, sliced thin
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 1 pound bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
- 2 cups mayonaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
In a large bowl layer: the shredded lettuce, the sliced cauliflower, the diced onion, and the crumbled bacon.
Dressing: combine the mayonaise, the sugar and the parmesan cheese. Spread over the other ingredients and let sit overnight in the fridge or at least 3-4 hours. Toss before serving.
Fred says it makes a large heaping bowl of salad
