Ingredients
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 1 cup dry powdered milk
Directions
This recipe makes the same amount as the 14 oz. can. If it is a little lumpy, beat it with a mixer.
