Golden Tiger Pot Sticker Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 chopped clove garlic
- slivers ginger
- slivers green onion
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed chile peppers
- or
- 1/2 cup Oriental hot chili oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Let sit for 30 minutesss. Serve Note: the amount of the hot chili oil seems a lot. Check after adding a little bit. The recipe says 1 serving - this I'd judge by the amount it makes.
