Nancy Sorboro's Fruit Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh, clean fruit
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tablespoons butter

Directions

Combine the flour, sugar and egg until crumbly. Put the fruit in a 9 x 12 pan and crumble the mixture on top of the fruit. Press down. Melt the butter and drizzle on top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
