Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 8 ounce package softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 8 ounce package whipped topping
- 2 packages (4 servings) instant pudding mix
- 3 1/2 cups milk
Directions
Serves 15. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 tablespons milk until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping. Spread over crust. Prepare pudding as directed on package. using 3 1/2 cups milk. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill several hours or overnight. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Garnish with grated chocolate or chopped nuts, if desired.
