Spanish Tomato Rice

Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon,
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 1 pound can tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3/4 cup uncooked rice
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
Directions
Cook bacon till crisp. Pour off half the fat. In remaining fat, cook onion and green pepper till tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Crumble bacon on top. Trim with parsley.
