Orange Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup-maybe tablespoon orange rind - this seems wrong
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups flour
Directions
I have no directions on this, and no temperature to cook at. This also seems to have a strange amount of orange rind in it -too much. Ice with orange icing. There is an orange icing recipe in Ladies Home Journal Adventures in Cooking...page 203, I put the recipe in the list here. p195 ( Other cookies seems to cook between 350 - 375 degrees)
