Green Mango Salad - Yam Ma Muang

Ingredients
- 350 grams green unripe mangos-cut in long pencils
- 25 grams unsweetened coconut shavings- toasted light brown w/o fat
- 25 grams dried shrimp
- 3 tablespoons chopped shallots
- 5 chopped fresh little green chilis
- 1 tablespoon palm sugar
- to taste fish sauce
- to taste lime juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients. It it isn't salty enough, add some fish sauce, if it's not sour enough, add some lime juice. Serves 4
Note
Make sure the mangos are green
