Green Mango Salad - Yam Ma Muang

Ingredients

  • 350 grams green unripe mangos-cut in long pencils
  • 25 grams unsweetened coconut shavings- toasted light brown w/o fat
  • 25 grams dried shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons chopped shallots
  • 5 chopped fresh little green chilis
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar
  • to taste fish sauce
  • to taste lime juice

Directions

Mix all ingredients. It it isn't salty enough, add some fish sauce, if it's not sour enough, add some lime juice. Serves 4

Note

Make sure the mangos are green
