Teriaki Scallops

Ingredients

  • 1 /3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar equivalent
  • 2 tablespoons frozen concentrated apple juice
  • 1 teaspooon ground ginger
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
  • 2 pounds scallops

Directions

1. Mix up the marinade

2. Marinate the scallops for 1 hours

3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes

Use a shallow pan so the scallops are only one layer deep.
