Teriaki Scallops

Ingredients
- 1 /3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar equivalent
- 2 tablespoons frozen concentrated apple juice
- 1 teaspooon ground ginger
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
- 2 pounds scallops
Directions
1. Mix up the marinade
2. Marinate the scallops for 1 hours
3. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
Use a shallow pan so the scallops are only one layer deep.
