Tahini Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus salt to taste
- 3/4 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup cold water - to thicken
- 1/3 cup lemon juice - to water down
Directions
Crush garlic with 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix to a paste.
Gradually add tahini, beating well.
Alternately beat in small amounts of water and lemon juice until desired thickness is produced.
Add salt to taste.
