Chocolate Chip Pie

Ingredients
- 1 9" pie shell I made a gluten free pie crust from a recipe I found online
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup flour (I used Orgran gluten free plain baking flour)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional - I omitted them)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Beat eggs til foamy. Beat in flour, sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in butter. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Put in pie shell(s). Bake about 45 minutes or until knife inserted half way between center and outside comes out clean. For mini pies, cut down cooking time. Check often so as not to burn it/them!
Note
You can make this as gluten free. I have not tried to make it egg free, but you might be able to do that by using egg substitute, not sure if that would work.
