Marchand de Vin Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cut up onions
  • 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
  • 1 pint boullion or meat stock
  • 2 tablespoons flour in some water
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 tablespoon Worchestershire
  • 1 tablespoon paprika

Directions

Saute onions, then add mushrooms. Add boullion, and simmer 10 min. Add remaining ingredients, and cook until thickened.
