Yellow Squash Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 medium summer squash, sliced
  • 2 medium sliced onions
  • 2 13 3/4 ounce cans chicken broth
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cup yogurt

Directions

Cook squash and onions in broth 15 minutes. or until soft. Add pepper and yogurt. Puree in blender. Serve hot of cold.
