Walnut Oil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 7 tablespoons walnut oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

Whisk together the mustard and vinegar, Gradually add the oil in a slow, steady strem, Whisk in parsley, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
