Hamslaw Salad

Ingredients

  • DRESSING
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1-2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage, fine
  • GARNISH
  • 1/2 cup toasted broken pecans

Directions

In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients except for 1 tablespoon of green onion. Mix well, cover. Chill. Toss together ham and cabbage; add dressing, stirring gently to coat. Just before serving, sprinkle with reserved green onion and pecans.
