Sauerkraut salad

Ingredients

  • 1 28 ounce can sauerkraut
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced green pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 3 tablespoons diced pimento
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar

Directions

Drain sauerkraut 15 minutes. Cut with scissors into 1 inch pieces. Mix all ingredients together in bowl, cover and refrigerate 24 hours. This salad will store indefinitely.
