Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fat
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
Makes 4 dozen. Mix the fat and the peanut butter. Add and cream the sugar Add the egg and mix Sift and add the dry ingredients. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees 4 dozen teaspoon size cookies.
