Mango-orange Tofu Ice cream

Ingredients
- 12 ounces silken tofu
- 1 8 ounces mango
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
Variation - several tablespoons of chopped crystallized ginger. The original recipe called for this but I didn't have it so I used orange juice concentrate to zip it up some. Just blend like mad and freeze.
