Light and Creamy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup cold milk
  • 1 package Jello Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 1/2 cups cool whip
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

Directions

Combine pumkin, milk, pudding mix, and pumpkin pie spice in mixer bowl. Beat at low speed until well-blended, about 1 minute. Fold in 2 1/2 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Top with remaining topping and serve.
