Orange Gelatin with Honey

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated orange rind
Directions
Soak gelatin in cold water Dissolve it in boiling water and add and stir until dissolved the honey and the salt. Add the lemon juice and the orange juice and rind Pour into wet mold and chill 4 hours.
