Pan-fried lamb steak with red wine jus

Ingredients
- 2 Lamb Steaks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 sprigs thyme
- salt & pepper
- 1 cup lamb stock or chicken stock
- 1 cup red wine
Directions
Lightly fry the garlic in olive oil, add the stock and red wine and bring to a boil. Simmer until reduced by two thirds.
Rub the steaks with the salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme, massaging the spices into the meat.
Pan fry the lamb steak with a little bit of olive oil, pouring a spoonful of the red wine sauce over each steak after each flip. Upon serving, spoon the sauce over the steaks to taste.
